- Crisp the Hash Browns: Heat butter and oil over medium-high heat. Spread the shredded potatoes into a thin layer and cook until deeply golden and crisp before flipping.
- Cook the Bacon & Ham: Cook the bacon until crisp. Warm the ham in the same skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Grill the Burgers: Season the beef simply with salt and pepper. Grill 4–5 minutes per side, topping each burger with American cheese during the final minute.
- Fry the Eggs: Cook the eggs sunny-side up or over easy. A runny yolk is highly encouraged.
- Build Your Burger: Toast the buns, then layer burger, cheese, ham, bacon, and egg. Serve with crispy hash browns. Enjoy outdoors whenever possible.
