The Breakfast Margarita
Proof that breakfast deserves a happy hour.
Created right here at Hen House, this seasonal favorite combines bright citrus, fresh orange juice, a touch of sweetness, and one unexpected ingredient that keeps people coming back for another sip.
The Secret Ingredient? Berry Jam.
Most people guess the tequila. Others guess fresh-squeezed orange juice. But the ingredient that surprises everyone is a spoonful of berry jam mixed with citrus. It adds just enough depth, sweetness, and color to make this margarita feel a little different from anything else on the menu.
